Since its opening on Bath's historic Front Street in June 2005, Solo Bistro has quickly earned the respect of locals and

Crab and scallop cakes with chipotle aioli, pan-seared pork tenderloin marinated in apples and calvados, and a bistro burger with crispy onions and locally made City of Ships cheese highlight a menu featuring fresh, seasonal Maine ingredients, innovative flavors, and a wine list which draws from the owners' experiences living in Europe.
And every Friday, Jazz Nights at Solo Bistro fill the restaurant's intimate wine bar with the artful music of the area's best players.
