Chef Angelo DiGirolamo is a chef trained in the old school tradition in the kitchens and restaurants of his friends and neighbors. At the age of nine, Angelo was helping out at a small pastry and ice cream shop in his native Sicily. By the time he was twelve he was living and working in Boston's North End. The former chef/owner of Bernardo's Ristorante now runs Ristorante Olivio, an Italian food lover's paradise in East Arlington. Featuring both traditional and contemporary Italian dishes from Florence to Sicily, Chef DiGirolamo is in the kitchen every morning baking the evening's desserts, and every night putting the finishing touches on each dish that leaves the kitchen.

Annarita DiGirolamo, the inspiration for Angelo's incredible biscotti, graciously runs the warm and comfortable dining room.
