Michelin-rated Celebrity Chef Jacques Chibois has created InterContinental Boston's Provence-themed brasserie celebrating the organic wonders of France's fascinating region including lavender, honey and olive oil. Miel, French for honey, is the first Provence-themed brasserie concept in the United States to celebrate the delightfully simple and intoxicatingly flavorful wonders of the Cote d'Azur. Innovation is the key in our culinary world and the creators of this exciting project have interjected the use of honey into various elements of the cuisine. Miel also features a private, glass-enclosed dining room for twelve with a chef's table made from a one thousand-year-old olive oil tree and an olive oil museum with a collection of olive oils from across the globe. Executive Chef Didier Montarou and Restaurant Chef Cyrille Couet have spent time consulting and working with Chef Jacques Chibois in Grasse, France to create a colorful menu delivered in true brasserie spirit.
