Chef Jacqueline Kelly has created a stunning menu that is reminiscent of the many intuitive dishes she has prepared throughout her travels. The sophisticated dining experience is enhanced by impeccable service; a warm luxurious room and a wine list for those who truly appreciate something unique. Bravo itself is a work of art with bold colors and clean lines created by famed restaurant designer Peter Niemitz. The inviting, warm ambiance complements a rotating selection of some of the Museum's modern and contemporary masterpieces. Appropriate to its name, the restaurant's first installation included works by Chilean artist, Claudio Bravo.

The menu selections are inspired with continual reflections on items with unique characteristics and limited availability.
