Patrons become regulars at a bar because they love the atmosphere and experience, much of which is provided by the people there - and often a specific person behind the bar. This month, Bartender Shannon Biechele, shows you how to serve up Rialto's hottest Spring drink.
Combine the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake for 3 minutes. Strain into a glass and top with soda water.
