For as long as anyone can remember, the bar has been a shrine to personality. Patrons become regulars at a bar because they love the atmosphere and experience, much of which is provided by the people there - and often a specific person behind the bar. This month, Bartender Thomas Cincotti, shows you how to serve up minibar's hottest
winter drink.

1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire
1 1/2 oz Calvados
1/2 Maraschino Liqueur
10-12 Fresh Cranberries
Splash Ginger Syrup
Splash Lemon Juice

In a mixing glass, muddle fresh cranberries with ginger syrup and lemon juice. Add ice, Bombay Sapphire, Calvados and maraschino liqueur. Shake and serve on the rocks.
