Where to Eat & Drink 10th Anniversary Dinner Series
Where to Eat Magazine celebrates 10 years with... "A Taste of Rowes Wharf Sea Grille"
Where to Eat & Drink Magazine is celebrating our 10 Year anniversary with a special dinner series in which 10 restaurants (a different restaurant every month for 10 months) will create a unique tasting menu where diners will choose from reduced size menu items and ultimately be served 3 appetizers, 3 entrees and 3 desserts or in essence “a taste of” the featured restaurant’s menu. “A Taste of” dinner series will take place on the first Tuesday of each month and offers this unique tasting menu along with a private cocktail party for the first diners to RSVP.! Birra Matta
The Piemontese, as does most of Northern Italy, brew some of the most beautiful and artisanal beers in the world. Belgian in style with an esoteric blend of funk, ingenuity and grace, these beers pair so well with Mike Pagliarini's cuisine that Via Matta decided to make a feast out of it with Birra Matta. Vino Italiano: An Introduction to Italian Wine
An Introduction to Italian Wine will be held on Thursday April 15 at 7 pm at Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca. This is the second of six classes to be offered every other month in 2010. Single class is $45, Three Pack is $120, and all five remaining classes is $185. Call 508.481.8484 for tickets.

Earth Dinner
Thursday, April 22nd is Earth Day, and Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca will be hosting an Earth Dinner that evening to benefit Chef's Collaborative and to raise awareness of the importance of a sustainable food supply. This is a nationwide effort; the menu will be prepared using locally raised foods.

1950s Dinner
It's a blast from the past as the Norma's culinary team puts on their aprons and jumps back to the 1950's serving up a dinner menu that will make you remember the good old days (or make you wish you were there for them)... a three course pre fixe dinner on Sunday April 25 this is the first of Norma's Sunday Supper series. Dinner is 5:30-9:30pm for $30.

Wines That Make You Go "Hmmm?"
Every other Monday night at Bin 26 Enoteca will be holding wine classes from 6-10 pm for $32.
Monday Night Supper Club
Every Monday night Stella will be hosting a Supper Club in which each chef will prepare their favorite Italian eats. Guests will beoffered an additional appetizer and entrée selection created by that week's featured chef. Pasta Night
Monday Nights at Savinos choose from 4-5 different pastas’ soup/salad and dessert for $25, family style is available and kids eat for their age!
Vino da Tavolob
Every other Monday, Via Matta Wine Director Manny Gonzales leads intimate wine tastings focusing on different regions in Italy and wine varietals. Many of the wines tasted are new to the restaurant and guests weigh in on their favorite varietal, which is then placed on the wine list until the next Vino da Tavolo. For just $25, guests enjoy several glasses of wine with perfectly paired food served family style.

Abby Park Prix-fixe
Abby Park offers a prix-fixe meal on Monday and Tuesday nights. Each week their chef offers a 3 course meal (appetizer, entree, dessert) for $25 per person. The menu changes weekly and consists of two-four choices for appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

Tuesday Night Wine Club
Every other Tuesday at Cafe Escadrille is Tuesday Night Wine Club. Wine Director Stephane Colinet will host a four course wine pairing dinner based on a theme, vineyard or guest speaker. 7pm; $45 per person.
Goold Ol' Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Every Tuesday dante holds a unique grilled cheese series. Incorporating Chef Dante's favorite Italian-inspired films, there is a tasty twist to the featured sandwich each week. Only two dollars each, served every Tuesday at the bar & lounge from 5:30 pm - close!
Wednesday Nights
Spanish Wine Seminars
Each Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:30, Deborah Hansen at Taberna de Haro will discuss and serve wines from the cool and intriguing region of Bierzo. $50 per person includes five wines, a generous amount of tapas, information, discussion and fun! Reservations are required, guests limited to 10.

Live Jazz
Each Thursday night at 8:30 at Savinos stop in for an evening with Ian Carrol and Dan Fiori.
Seasonal Sips
Each week on Thursday at Meritage, sommelier Jonas Atwood introduces four to five wines with either a varietal or regional theme, while Chef Bruce prepares tasting spoons and small bites to match perfectly with each wine offering. April 1: vegetarian, April 8: Oregon Pinot, April 15: Mediterranean, April 22: Chocolate, April 29: Wine & Cheese.

Blue Ginger Noodle Bar
The Blue Ginger Noodle Bar will open in the lounge at Blue Ginger for lunch. The Noodle Bar will be open Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Spanish Sunday Supper

Spring has Sprung!
Every weekend in April The Gallery at the Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common will be hosting a Spring Cupcake Tea, priced at $26 per adult and $20 per child polus tax and gratuity. The Spring Cupcake Tea is available Saturdays April 3 thru April 24 at 2 and 4 pm.
The Cafe at The Taj
The Cafe at The Taj is featuring new prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner, offering two or three courses for $15 or $20 at lunch and $25 or $30 at dinner. Children ages 12 and under may select complimentary dishes from the restaurant's children's menu. AND...Taj Boston's Sunday Champagne Brunch buffet returns to the roof on April 4.

Norma's is pleased to announce that Sunday Suppers are back, and this is not your ordinary Norma's experience. Chef Mark Timms and Chef de Cuisine Cortney Quinn create an array of dishes to compile a three course, prix fixe dinner for only $30 per person.

Haru will be serving a new drink in April only: the Cherry Blossom cocktail will be $6 all month, after which, it'll change to its regular price of $12. The Haru Hour will also be extended from weekdays 4-6 pm to EVERY day 4-7 pm starting April 1 featuring great specials.
Fiesta Lunch
Masa in the South End is unveiling its new Fiesta Lunch menu! This is a speedy three course lunch (that can come all at once if you choose) for $7.95, sure to be an instant hit with the locals. AND...Masa will be premiering its April drink special, Prickly Pear White Sangria: white wine marinated with strawberries, honeydew melon, fresh limes, lemons and oranges, spiked with bourbon and brandy.
